Jyothi and her family are amazing! We left our 4 year old fur baby, Max (shihtzu) for the first time at Pawpals Paradise for entire one week. We never left him anywhere before for overnight stay. Jyothi recommended that we should gradually get him used to her, first for few hours and second time for overnight, so Max would feel comfortable. She knows everything about what’s best for our pets and very knowledgeable about their psychology. Max is a picky eater and has separation anxiety. While we were out of county on a vacation, Max wouldn’t eat his food for first few days and Jyothi was worried and spent lot of time with him to feed him and finally he would eat. She sent us lots of videos and pictures, even did FaceTime while he ate. I had so much anxiety leaving Max for the first time but Jyothi was so patient and made everything easier so we could enjoy our vacation. Max was well taken care by Jyothi and her sons, I'm glad we found a loving family!
